Property is adjacent to Biological corridor « El Paso de la Danta ». There is a rural road to the beach which is 12 km away and can be accessed by four wheel drive. The home is surrounded by many rivers and waterfalls.
There are breath-taking views of the primarily tropical forest. A rural road for 4×4 connects to the beach and the nearby Marino Ballena National Marine Park 12km away, which sees the arrival of humpback whales twice a year. A large variety of dolphins make their home all year around in these waters.
One can also participate in voluntary hands-on sustainable practices, which are Marga’s and Chema’s way of life. Some of these practices are organic farming, reforestation sustainable energies and horse care.
